End Customers
We believe in our product.  If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with Ancient Oil, simply return the unused portion bottle (to the place where it was purchased) within 45 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Retailers
When you provide the End Customer with a full refund, Ancient Oil will replace the returned bottle(s). All products returned by End Customers must be returned to the Company within ten (10) days from the date on which it was returned to you along with a copy of the Ancient Oil Sales Receipt documenting the original sale.

Damage from Shipping
Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.  Please retain all shipping materials.
